Tyne Tour 2007

Those Lucky Few,

This year's Tyne Tour takes place on 2nd-4th Nov. Last year it was just Scott and myself, this year there are 7 of us! Watch out Hexham.
I wish to use this as a point of contact board, so we know what is happening on the day.
The first thing, i think, to sort out is arrival times, and camping equipment. As a guide, the main site starts getting crazy from about 5pm onwards, so earlier the better.....I have certainly got a half day off work for this one! If you think that you will be later than that please let me know and we will see what we can do about tents etc

Cheers
Richard

I trust you will be getting the beer sorted then (It will take the whole morning to buy enough!)

Don't finish till 5.30 so home load up and head off prob. won't be there till 7.30-8.30. Is it worth you taking a tent for me and sticking it up !!!! Are you caravaning and if so are tents allowed where you are?

Hi All,
I think we have the tents sorted.
I have the tickets, and i expect to arrive at 2.30ish (maybe before), I will try and cordon off the area behind the caravan for the 2 tents, but it would be useful if you are not much later than 2.30 yourselves.
I have been informed the T-shirts are also ready, and will collect them today/tomorrow (£9.40).
For the breakfasts, i have a Gas Bbq, and can easily do Bacon/Sausage and eggs each morning.
Tea, will probably be at a local pub, but will consider all ideas.
